This was so amazing. I love the part with the dog.

death loop

jumped up into the dpad chomper room and when it came down, it stuck my character, and put it in a death loop. nearly shut down the browser.

i chuckled

i chuckled as i read the reviews by people COMPLAINING about any mouse problems on doom. considering no one would have ever used a mouse to play it. good port. i'm glad flash has finally come so far. :D flash gaming finally caught up to pc gaming a decade or two ago.

good, but not necessarily intuitive

first off, i really liked this. as might be evidenced by my having played it for the last 7 hours straight. the strategy involved with the changing roads is good, and those damn hero seeking flying mobs are a pain, but fun to try and thwart.

i noticed someone said they couldn't find where to spend their points. this is valid, since i only found that menu on accident. to anyone reading, it's on the right of the main map screen. click that thing and a menu for skills pops out.

someone else said there was no way to plan for the created roads. this isn't true. the game highlights unpaved roads in red on the maps. you can tell exactly where they are going to occur.

i really did like this game. especially that upgrading towers completely changes how they play. for instance, early in the game, earth2 towers are about the best thing you can have, combined with ice towers.

tnx man. Skill menu will pop-up every time you will get 2 free skill points, i just don`t want spawn lots of information at first time.

small problem

i found myself constantly running into the exit before i was actually prepared or done with the level. you should make it so that you'll only exit if you press up at the door, so that a person can run by the door and get all the coins available.

i must be really good or something

this game is fantastic, let's start out there. there is some really amazing stuff going on here. having said that, i'm finding it very easy, for a couple reasons. one, no matter how long you do tricks, as long as you continue to do them, it seems like people will continue to stay. maybe this changes later, i'm at week 5 and i'm level 17. also, at this point, i'm earning so many points that i have something like -750 points to my next level, so i can probably fail the next three days, and still level each time. as long as i do a high pour with every item, i can usually keep everybody at perfect happiness with no problems. far be it from me to suggest nerfing something, but the high pour makes everything else almost irrelevant. sometimes i have to do a coast to coast, but even with only 1 strength, that's enough to send everyone to perfect happy.

one more thing, the vs is WAY too easy. all you have to do is get your balance up a bit (or just be good at it) and then do one long balance trick. i beat every single vs by balancing to 10 each time. yes, that was boring, but it was also easy.

i love the game, and honestly, i LIKE that it's this easy for me, but i get the feeling it shouldn't be.

You guys are all in for a world of hurt. Version 1.3 is coming, and it's gonna be so much harder it's not even funny...

some people can't understand the concept...

I'm pretty sure this is less of a game, and more of a stress reliever. I say this, because it became apparent to me that, once i got the laser cannon, the game was clearly over. and you can get that thing fairly quick. so it's not really about how hard the game is, but how much fun it is to kill zombies.

... altho, the laser also brings a new level of fun to the game. now you have to carefully pick your shots. lining up zombies in rows for maximum hurt, and minimum shooting. altho, this also made clear a major flaw in the game engine, in that the zombies aren't really good at attacking anything. even when 16 of them are on the base, it's health doesn't move down very fast. and sometimes they'll run after me after a couple seconds of running their heads into my walls.

but anyways. my main point was, it's clearly more about killing zombies than difficulty. altho the first couple levels are difficult, you are given more than ample firepower after every couple levels to take down anything. just don't spend your money on health or your base. cuz there's no reason they should ever get that close.

great effort

i noticed that you can't achieve a word if you spell it backwards. perhaps you could fix that in another installment.

BoMToons responds:

Just fixed that and corrected some of the guest links to direct to the right sites.

good game in a good genre

fun time waster game. like other people have said, it would be better to have more jobs, based on other skills.

here's a short guide. DO NOT TALK TO NENE. not until you have at least 100 strength. and don't work on strength or charm until you have 250 int. because of there being only one job, you have to max int before anything else. so just spend your first 20 or so days maxing you int, periodically getting a better job. at first do the simple training. but then when you're vice president start doing work (grab a beer after every work day) then go back to training. once you've maxed int, and you're ceo, start using that money to max out charm, and then get str up to about 100 or 150.

now start talking to nene. you only encounter emos when you talk to her, but you should be able to handle them with the blam attack. just keep talking to her and leaving, building up your relationship (and your str by attacking guys) until you can email her. once you can email her, spend about two days emailing her straight through the day. this should get you plenty of relationship points to complete the game. and at this point, you should only be at about day 40 or 50, depending on training rolls. now just start talking to her. you'll continue to train str, and you'll learn all her q&a.

when you feel you know enough, or when you have about 5 or 10 days left, start dating her. you should have a bunch of items from fights, so you won't have to buy anything. answer all her questions, then give her a couple presents. take a photo, give her a kiss, and you're done.

great game. thanks for sharing.
