good, but not necessarily intuitive

first off, i really liked this. as might be evidenced by my having played it for the last 7 hours straight. the strategy involved with the changing roads is good, and those damn hero seeking flying mobs are a pain, but fun to try and thwart.

i noticed someone said they couldn't find where to spend their points. this is valid, since i only found that menu on accident. to anyone reading, it's on the right of the main map screen. click that thing and a menu for skills pops out.

someone else said there was no way to plan for the created roads. this isn't true. the game highlights unpaved roads in red on the maps. you can tell exactly where they are going to occur.

i really did like this game. especially that upgrading towers completely changes how they play. for instance, early in the game, earth2 towers are about the best thing you can have, combined with ice towers.

Badim responds:

tnx man. Skill menu will pop-up every time you will get 2 free skill points, i just don`t want spawn lots of information at first time.

i must be really good or something

this game is fantastic, let's start out there. there is some really amazing stuff going on here. having said that, i'm finding it very easy, for a couple reasons. one, no matter how long you do tricks, as long as you continue to do them, it seems like people will continue to stay. maybe this changes later, i'm at week 5 and i'm level 17. also, at this point, i'm earning so many points that i have something like -750 points to my next level, so i can probably fail the next three days, and still level each time. as long as i do a high pour with every item, i can usually keep everybody at perfect happiness with no problems. far be it from me to suggest nerfing something, but the high pour makes everything else almost irrelevant. sometimes i have to do a coast to coast, but even with only 1 strength, that's enough to send everyone to perfect happy.

one more thing, the vs is WAY too easy. all you have to do is get your balance up a bit (or just be good at it) and then do one long balance trick. i beat every single vs by balancing to 10 each time. yes, that was boring, but it was also easy.

i love the game, and honestly, i LIKE that it's this easy for me, but i get the feeling it shouldn't be.

You guys are all in for a world of hurt. Version 1.3 is coming, and it's gonna be so much harder it's not even funny...

great effort

i noticed that you can't achieve a word if you spell it backwards. perhaps you could fix that in another installment.

BoMToons responds:

Just fixed that and corrected some of the guest links to direct to the right sites.

overtaking

i don't think someone should be able to set their piece next to an apposing piece that is bigger in number. a bigger piece should take over your piece. that just seems natural to me. this would make the whole game much harder, and possibly better, in my mind, since i kept thinking about how easy it was that i could place my 5 next to a 1,4,and 10 of the opponent's pieces, and come away on top.

cableshaft responds:

I really like your idea and I'm going to play with it sometime and see if it makes the game better. Thank you very much for sharing.

awful

just awful. people don't want a cheat to get passed levels, they want a game that's playable. this game is not. i got to the third level and tried and tried and tried, but could never even jump up to the first ledge. the edges are never clearly defined. sometimes i would be right on the foremost box image, and sometimes i would be 10 pixels out on the "perspective" box. that is really bad, since i never knew how much ledge i had left to roll towards, or where i should aim for on the next ledge. really bad. i give this a score of awful.

and i would like to reiterate that instead of giving passwords, you should try to fix your game. which has some potential, but is sorely lacking.

The-Mercenary responds:

Man this freakin sux, did you even read the hints, try to bounce of the walls so you can approach the platform slowly, the when your almost right at the platforms tip thing jump and you'll get onto it, damn I can pass that level in less than 10secs and you guys man!

way too fuckin simple

how hard would it be to code in a foot pedal? make it so people can duck behind the crate with the space bar. and put like a one second red flashing deal in front of someone who's about to shoot. real simple stuff, man. this was hardly worth uploading at this stage.

ChaotixWarKid responds:

Well, it would be real hard to code in a foot pedal. Not that you know, because you obviously can't animate.

also, if you duck behind a crate, what would be the hard part?

i'm having some trouble thinking if i should or not. Because, if you duck, it would make the game a whole lot easier, and less gameplay. I'm going for an extremely challenging shooter, where your reflexes are what matter.

crap

hey, i'm good at games, but after 8 tries. EIGHT!!! of clicking everywhere the entire time the guy was on the screen, i got no where. so screw this. oh, and making stick people at this point in time, merely makes you unoriginal, and untalented.

and it's cUstodial, you buffoon.

Sirlongdong responds:

You sir, have got to be retarded if you cant get past the First Fucking janitor...seriously, if your so good at games you should be able to beat the 1ST janitor, WHY DO ALL OF YOU GUYS GIVE IT A 0 JUST BECAUSE YOU FAGMO'S CANT PASS IT!?!?!?

some people say they like yoyos. but they're just full of shit. I like yoyos, and shit am i not.
